It says my email isn't on the list

The Greenhouse is invite only. Ask your HHHP contact to invite the email address you're using.

My code didn't arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder for "Greenhouse sign-in code". You can ask for a new code after a minute. Each code works for 15 minutes.

Someone is bothering me

Press and hold their message to report it to HHHP's managers, or open their profile to block them. A blocked person can't message you, and you won't see their messages.
